Inner Mosaic is a small-group creative experience designed to support reflection, self-understanding, and emotional wellness through guided journaling, collage, and group dialogue. This is a psychoeducational, creative support group focused on insight, expression, and connection in a warm, grounded environment.
You do not need to be artistic or have prior experience—just open to curiosity and showing up as you are.
Group Details:
• Date: Saturday January 10, 2026
• Time: 11am - 2pm
• Location: My therapy office in downtown Vancouver
• Group Size: Limited to 6 participants to keep the space intimate
• Materials: Most supplies provided (you’ll receive details after registration). Bring your own art journal!
