Nice to meet you!

A young woman with long light brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a black sheer blouse with lace details, a black top, and blue jeans, sitting on a pink chair against a plain white background.

I’m a licensed mental health counselor and artist based in the Portland metro area. I’m Romanian-American and grew up in Northern California, surrounded by the contrasts and beauty of city life, redwoods, mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. Over the years, I’ve built relationships with many cities and cultures—but today, I’m grateful to call the Pacific Northwest home.

My path to becoming a therapist has been deeply shaped by personal healing work, creative exploration, and a lifelong curiosity about what helps people grow.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University, and I’ve trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness-based approaches.

I also draw on my lived experience of living between two cultures, recovery, meditation, and therapeutic tools that have shaped my own healing and worldview.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in art, fashion, technology, and Buddhist meditation, and I continue to weave those threads into my work today.

Outside the therapy room, I’m reconnecting with nature, making more art, and remembering that healing happens in community, in creativity, and in the small everyday moments.
