Nice to meet you!
I’m a licensed mental health counselor and artist based in the Portland metro area. I’m Romanian-American and grew up in Northern California, surrounded by the contrasts and beauty of city life, redwoods, mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. Over the years, I’ve built relationships with many cities and cultures—but today, I’m grateful to call the Pacific Northwest home.
My path to becoming a therapist has been deeply shaped by personal healing work, creative exploration, and a lifelong curiosity about what helps people grow.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University, and I’ve trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. I’m also expanding my practice to include Internal Family Systems (IFS) and ketamine-assisted therapy—two powerful approaches that align with my belief in deep, compassionate, and integrative healing. I’m currently pursuing advanced training in both areas and look forward to offering these services in the near future.
I also draw on my lived experience with recovery, meditation, and plant medicine integration—tools that have shaped my own healing and worldview.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent time working in the fields of art, fashion, technology, and Buddhist meditation, and I continue to integrate those threads into my work today.
In addition to my private practice, I’ve volunteered with local Portland nonprofits such as the Children’s Healing Arts Project, Lines for Life, and Recovery Dharma. I completed my clinical training at The DBT Clinic in SE Portland, where I gained valuable experience supporting individuals navigating intense emotions and complex trauma.
I’m passionate about this work and committed to continued learning, so I can offer thoughtful, trauma-informed care that respects the uniqueness of every client I meet.
Outside the therapy room, I’m reconnecting with nature, making more art, and remembering that healing happens in community, in creativity, and in the small everyday moments.
