Growth is personal. So is therapy.
Individual psychotherapy, rooted in care and curiosity.
Most people don't arrive with a category in mind.
They arrive with a sense that something isn't working.
Perhaps a pattern that keeps repeating, a tiredness that rest doesn't fix, a feeling of being slightly outside their own life.
The areas below are places I work often, not boxes you need to fit into. Most of the people I see are living in more than one of them at once. If you recognize yourself in several, or in none of them exactly, that's a normal place to start.
What runs through all of it is the same approach: we go at your pace, we get curious rather than corrective, and we treat your patterns as things that once made sense — not as defects to be removed.
Complex Trauma
Trauma that built over years rather than arriving in one moment, and the ways it shows up wearing other names. Symptoms include nervous system dysregulation, difficulty with focus, substance use, and depression.
Anxiety
Overthinking, perfectionism, and the exhausting work of staying ahead of everything. For when control has become the main way to feel okay.
Therapists & Creatives
For clinicians, healers, and makers who use themselves as the instrument, and are feeling what that costs. A place where you're not the one holding it.
First-Generation
For children of immigrants and bicultural adults navigating family, identity, and belonging without having to choose sides.
Not sure where you fit?
That's genuinely fine, and it's most people. You don't need to arrive with the right language or a clear sense of what's wrong.
Figuring that out is part of the work, not a prerequisite for starting it.
Available in person in Vancouver, WA and online throughout Washington and Oregon.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see whether we're a good fit.
