Nice to meet you!

Dr. Jackson the husky - my cotherapist.

I’m a licensed mental health counselor and artist living in the Portland metro area. I am Romanian-American and grew up in Northern California close to the city, mountains, redwoods and the ocean.

I have built relationships with many different cities and countries in my life and now I’m very grateful to call the PNW my home. I am a Virgo Sun, Libra Moon, and Cancer Rising. Recently, I am focused on creating more art and reconnecting to the outside world!

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University. I am formally trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, DBT, and draw upon my own personal experiences in seeking help and healing through recovery, meditation, and plant medicines.

I believe that humor and self-compassion can heal many deep wounds, that plant medicines are an incredible tool to access alongside therapy, and that mindfulness really is a superpower we're all born with. I have a background in art, technology, and Buddhist meditation and I try to incorporate these skill sets into everything that I do. In the past, I have volunteered for local PDX nonprofits including Children's Healing Arts Project, Lines for Life, and Recovery Dharma. I completed my graduate school clinical training at The DBT Clinic in SE Portland.

I am truly passionate about this work and continue to invest in ongoing training and current education to provide a high standard of care to all my clients.
